What is Machine Monitoring?
Animated Explainer
How do you explain a complex industrial technology concept to an audience that may know the machinery inside and out but be completely new to the idea of machine monitoring?
Make complicated simple.
Opto 22 needed a concise, approachable way to introduce machine monitoring to its customers. What could be simpler than a stick figure?
I took the subject from research to finished video, translating technical information into a clear visual story designed for a non-specialist audience.
I researched the topic, wrote the script, developed the storyboard and visual language, illustrated and animated the piece, and handled editing and sound design. I also collaborated with an Opto 22 employee to create the voiceover and developed a social media release strategy to extend the video's reach.
The right tool for the job.
One person. End-to-end production. From complex idea to clear visual story.
