“Orange Cat” (AKA Orange Pants)

Orange Cat is fierce, cool, and a survivor. He has a healthy disregard for convention and an impressive ability to land on his feet. Orange Pants seemed like an appropriate name for a creative studio.

What do I do?

I make complicated things fun and understandable.

Orange Pants is an independent motion design and visual storytelling studio based in Southern California.

I work with technology, engineering, science, products, people, and ideas that don't always explain themselves easily. My job is to figure out how they work, find the story inside them, and turn that story into something people actually want to watch.

I work across motion design, animation, video, 3D, photography, and illustration, choosing whatever combination of tools best fits the story.

Sometimes that means a carefully designed explainer. Sometimes it's a 3D animation, a documentary, a product demonstration, or an unexpectedly elaborate confetti cannon.

With a background spanning technology, design, photography, and fine art, I bring curiosity, research, and a hands-on approach to every project.
